True: The connector accesses the AD FS or Okta service through a proxy server based on the information provided in the Proxy Host, Proxy Port, Proxy Username, and Proxy Password fields or the ProxyHost, ProxyPort, ProxyUID, and ProxyPWD keys.
False: The connector accesses the AD FS or Okta service directly.
